A good short story that could have easily been the lead into a longer tale.  Bittersweet in how Anna finds out about Elsa's feelings with absolutely no time to think or react to them.

Whoa ... that was INTENSE. And practically perfect.

One of the things I admire about a REALLY well-done story is when the language doesn't get in the way. It is a method of transmission, and does the job flawlessly. This you have accomplished.

Also, there's a lyrical lilt to your prose that is just REALLY pleasant. Easy to read. Easy to capture. You have some serious talent.

You have SHOWN the deep, deep feelings that permeate every aspect of their relationship. Not just described ... SHOWN. In ways that make it simple for the reader to internalize. And, boy, did I.

I love these characters. Usually, I'm not much of a fan of seriously AU stories, but this one just gripped me. They are so real.

Extreme kudos for this glorious achievement you've shared.

It's an interesting idea writing a story without dialogue. You succeed in giving the impression of feelings too powerful to be expressed through words. I like how you portray the beginnings of the relationship subtly and slow-building. I think it was really impressive that without actually writing out Elsa's letter, we still understand her feelings and Anna's reaction to them without losing any power. It has a less-is-more feel and is still sweet, romantic, and moving.

I especially love those closing lines. Oh, my poor heart. Thanks for the great story!

Im gunna be honest i only read this cuz its based in Ontario :P i dont even really like the ship but the story overall was pretty good! And this is coming from someone who doesnt really like the ship its BASED on xD

Wow..just..breathtaking!
You managed to write so much emotion in this chapter with little dialogue.
I felt my heart sinking during the painful encounters.
I really liked way you wrote their body interactions, there is so much love, denial, uncertainty and fear in them.
This is going to be one of my favorite one-shots for a long long time.
